You might know me from social media - but here's the version that didn't make the highlight reel.
For most of my life I struggled with how I felt in my own body. Not just physically, IĀ had the kind of insecurity that follows you everywhere, that quiet voice telling you you're not enough. I tried to outrun it. Literally. Running gave me purpose for a while, something to chase, a reason to feel strong. Then I got injured and lost that too. And I felt completely lost with it.
That's when I found the gym.
I remember the first time lifting weights felt like more than just exercise. It felt like reclaiming something. I wasn't just getting stronger physically - I was rebuilding my relationship with myself. For the first time, I was eating to fuel my body instead of punish it, training because I loved what my body could do instead of hating how it looked, and actually understanding why things worked instead of just following rules and hoping for the best.
Fitness didn't just change how I looked. It changed who I am.
That transformation made me obsessed. I wanted to know everything. How the body actually works. What nutrition really means. How to build habits that last. And more than anything, I wanted to help other women feel what I felt.
So I became a coach.
Now I spend every day helping women stop guessing, stop starting over, and start actually understanding their bodies. My goal isn't just to get you results - it's to make sure you never need to hand your power over to a program, a diet, or a coach again.
You deserve to feel strong, confident, and completely at home in your body. That's what we're building here.
